  • Exercise and nutrition concerns during pregnancy

  • Techniques for reducing risk of tearing during delivery

 Pelvic Pain:

Endometriosis, Interstitial Cystitis (IC), pudendal neuralgia, chronic prostatitis - these are all diagnoses pelvic floor PT can have a HUGE impact on and be the key to managing and resolving symptoms.

Low Back, Hip, or Tailbone Pain:

95% of people with these symptoms have associated pelvic floor dysfunction. This can often be the missing key in truly resolving your pain.

Even the best childbirth experiences are traumatic on our body, which is why everyone should have a pelvic floor PT assessment after delivering - whether vaginally or c-section. Are you experiencing:

Dry Needling

Dry needling can help with both pelvic tension/pain and weakness depending on how it is implemented!  It helps improve the communication with the nerve between the brain and the muscle involved to help resolve the dysfunction.
